It's like Rothko in reverse. Out of Black (and a brief uncharacteristic Moorish Byzantine interlude) and Grey emerges a brown, rich with the promise of warm, trembling color.

1. Thanks! All those times in Japanese class when on the surface I surely must have seemed like an odd and yet uninteresting highschooler, I was reading and writing and drawing. I guess it payed off. Just think of the time I might have wasted actually talking to people.
2. Yes, unless you count Buenos Aires, a city whose babies I wish I could have.
